Prep Tip: If mixture starts to freeze up in the blender, just add a bit of water. If you like it thicker, add a few ice cubes. Garnish with fresh mint, frozen berries, or both!

- 1 large banana, peeled
- 1 cup low-fat or non-fat milk
- 1 cup orange juice
- 2 cups, fresh or frozen unsweetened blueberries, strawberries, blackberries or blueberries
1. Place milk, banana, and orange juice into a blender, then blend until smooth.
2. Add frozen berries and blend again. Serve.
